We are looking for a new Community Manager to join our team!


Since opening in 2017, our goal has been to provide a professional environment and community-oriented atmosphere. We cater to entrepreneurs, remote workers, students and those in the community that are looking to make connections. We hope you will join us!    


Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Management of tours, leasing, onboarding of new members and outreach to new clients

  • Oversight of budgets, sales, performance, as well as setting goals and targets

  • Administration, including use of management software, Nexudus, filing leases and contracts, invoicing 

  • Member management, including communications, community and connections, helping to provide the necessary support and resources for members to grow their business with SC

  • Event management, including sales, coordination, and outreach

  • Building maintenance, including management of cleaners, building systems (mechanical, electrical) and improvements to the space

  • Work closely with our Marketing Coordinator on advertising and promotions



  • Excellent time management, prioritization, problem solving, critical thinking and multitasking skills

  • Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing and active listening

  • Extremely organized with attention to detail



  • Experience in a start-up environment

  • Experience in event coordination

  • Experience in property management


Position Details

  • Full-time, Permanent

  • Compensation based on experience
