We are looking for a new Community Manager to join our team!
Since opening in 2017, our goal has been to provide a professional environment and community-oriented atmosphere. We cater to entrepreneurs, remote workers, students and those in the community that are looking to make connections. We hope you will join us!
Job Description & Responsibilities

Management of tours, leasing, onboarding of new members and outreach to new clients

Oversight of budgets, sales, performance, as well as setting goals and targets
-
Administration, including use of management software, Nexudus, filing leases and contracts, invoicing
-
Member management, including communications, community and connections, helping to provide the necessary support and resources for members to grow their business with SC
-
Event management, including sales, coordination, and outreach
-
Building maintenance, including management of cleaners, building systems (mechanical, electrical) and improvements to the space
-
Work closely with our Marketing Coordinator on advertising and promotions
Requirements
-
Excellent time management, prioritization, problem solving, critical thinking and multitasking skills
-
Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing and active listening
-
Extremely organized with attention to detail
Assets
-
Experience in a start-up environment

Experience in event coordination

Experience in property management
